Reservations will be accepted beginning February 15, 2010 for next season.

 

Monthly reservations made for November 1st, 2010 or before will be $485 per month with discounts offered on four and five month stays.  This will be handled in the following manner:  1st month $485, 2nd month $485, 3rd month $485, 4th month $315 and 5th month $205.  This will effectively make a three-month reservation $1,455; a four-month reservation $1,770; and a five-month reservation $1975.  These reservations require a deposit of $485.  There is a two-week cancellation notice required in writing. You will receive your deposit back less a $30 cancellation fee.  Less than two weeks will result in no refund.

 

Reservations for arrival of January 1, 2011 or after will require a three-month minimum committment.  The rate will be $485 per month, paid in advance, for a total of $1,455.  Cancellation prior to October 1, 2010 will result in a full refund of your deposit less a $30 cancellation fee; cancellation prior to November 1, 2010 will result in a refund of $970; cancellation prior to December 1, 2010 will result in a refund of $485.  Any cancellation after December 1, 2010 will result in no refund.  After arrival, there will be no refund should you decide to leave prior to the end of your reservation period.  No exceptions.  All monthly & 5-month rental rates are plus electric. All deposits, rents and electric must be paid by check or cash.  We do not take credit cards for long-term stays.

 

 If purchasing a Park Model, either a new one to bring in or one already on site, your rate will be $950-$1000 every 5 months. If you wish to bring in a RV and stay long term, you must pay 5 months at the current monthly rate and then you may convert to the 5-month rental rate of $950-$1000.  These rates do not include electric. There are rules in place regarding older Park Models, so please ask.  RV's being left in the Resort must be 10 years or newer.  There is no refund of a five-month pre-paid rent should you sell the unit or relocate prior to the end of your 5-month rental period.  All purchases of permanent units must be approved by Management.
