We offer discounts on the monthly rate for three, four and five month stays.

Monthly reservations made by July 31, 2008 for November 1st, 2008 or before can lock in a $375.00 rate for the length of your stay.

Seasonal stays (6 months occupancy - 6 months storage)	$2220.00 + electric
Annual stays	$2400.00 - $2650.00 + electric

We are proud to offer Senior Citizen, AAA, Good Sam and Military discounts on our overnight rates.
